FINDINGS:
There is subtle increase in prominence of the hila since  which
 may be due to pulmonary vascular engorgement. Subtle increase in suprahilar
 opacity, bilaterally, particularly on the left, may relate to vascular
 congestion, however, underlying infectious process is not excluded. No large
 pleural effusion is seen. There is no pneumothorax. The patient is status post
 median sternotomy and CABG with the cardiac silhouette stable to possibly
 slightly increased in size.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The
 cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable.
