FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. There are
relatively low lung volumes and mild bibasilar atelectasis. No definite focal
consolidation is seen. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax. The cardiac
silhouette is top normal. Mediastinal contours are unremarkable. There is no
pulmonary edema. Evidence of DISH is seen along the thoracic spine as well as
prominent anterior osteophyte in the mid thoracic spine.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process. Minimal basilar atelectasis.
