 HISTORY:  Dyspnea, cough x3 days, question pneumonia.
 
 CHEST, TWO VIEWS.
 
 COMPARISON:  Chest x-ray dated .
 
 There is equivocal opacity in the lower lobe posteriorly as well as possible
 faint opacity in the right mid zone.  These findings are new compared with the
 prior radiograph.  The differential diagnosis includes early infectious
 infiltrate versus aspiration.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is unchanged. 
 No CHF or gross effusion is identified.
