FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest are compared to previous
 exam from  and .  Right chest wall port is
 again seen with catheter tip at the cavoatrial junction.  There are bibasilar
 opacities, potentially due to atelectasis.  Superiorly, the lungs are clear. 
 Cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable.  Osseous and soft tissue structures
 are notable for hypertrophic changes in the spine.  Surgical clips project
 over the lower neck on both sides.

IMPRESSION:
Bibasilar opacities likely due to atelectasis; however, infection
 is not completely excluded.  Please correlate clinically.
