FINDINGS:
When compared to prior, there has been interval enlargement of the bilateral
 pleural effusions, small on the right, moderate on the left. There is no
 visualized pneumothorax. Superiorly the lungs are clear. Right basilar opacity
 may be due to atelectasis. Cardiac silhouette is difficult to assess. Coronary
 artery stents are noted. No acute osseous abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Interval enlargement of the bilateral pleural effusions, moderate on the left,
 small on the right.
