FINDINGS:
There are new moderate bilateral pleural effusions with a
 mild-to-moderate interstitial abnormality suggesting pulmonary edema.  The
 heart borders are not well defined, but the heart appears moderately enlarged
 and probably with a relative increase since the prior examination.  There is
 no pneumothorax.  Small osteophytes are noted along the lower thoracic spine.

IMPRESSION:
New moderate pleural effusions and mild interstitial abnormality
 suggesting pulmonary edema.
