FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.  Moderate cardiomegaly is noted.
 Central hilar congestion is noted with mild interstitial edema. There is a
 calcified granuloma projecting over the right lateral mid lung. No large
 effusions are seen though there is trace fluid tracking along the major
 fissure. No pneumothorax. Mild atherosclerotic calcification is seen along the
 aortic knob. The imaged bony structures appear intact.

IMPRESSION:
Moderate cardiomegaly with mild edema.
