FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the patient has received a
 new Swan-Ganz catheter inserted over the right internal jugular vein.  The
 course of the catheter is unremarkable, the tip of the catheter follows the
 course of the right pulmonary artery.  There is no evidence of complication,
 notably no pneumothorax.  Borderline size of the cardiac silhouette.  No
 pleural effusions.  No pulmonary edema.  The pacemaker is in unchanged
 position.
