FINDINGS:
A single-lead pacemaker device terminates in the right ventricle. 
 The heart is normal in size.  The mediastinal and hilar contours appear within
 normal limits.  The lungs appear clear.  There are no pleural effusions or
 pneumothorax.  Bony structures are unremarkable.  There has been no
 significant change.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
