FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. The lungs are clear
without focal consolidation. Previously seen pulmonary nodules on chest CT
were better evaluated on CT, which is more sensitive. No pleural effusion or
pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are
 unremarkable. Hilar contours are stable.

IMPRESSION:
Left upper lobe consolidation worrisome for pneumonia. Recommend
 followup to resolution.
