FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  Lungs are
 hyperinflated.  There is no focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or evidence
 of pneumothorax.  Sclerotic focus in the inferior anterior aspect of a lower
 thoracic vertebral body projecting over inferior anterior lower thoracic
 vertebral body is stable reportedly, previously characterized as a bone island
 on prior CT.  The cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable. 
 Minimal basilar atelectasis is seen.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
