FINDINGS:
There is a right lower lobe opacity measuring 5.4 x 4.6 cm which contains an
 air-fluid level.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and
 mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Right lower lobe cavitary lesion is most suspicious for cavitary pneumonia. 
 Follow-up radiograph after treatment is recommended to ensure resolution.
