FINDINGS:
PA and lateral images of the chest demonstrate a pacer in the left
anterior axillary position with intact leads to the right atrium and right
ventricle. The course of the lead to the right ventricle follows a slightly
atypical path. The lungs are clear bilaterally. There is no pleural effusion
or pneumothorax. Mild cardiomegaly is again seen.

IMPRESSION:
Pacer seen with leads in good position with a slightly atypical
course of the right ventricular lead. Otherwise, unremarkable chest
 radiograph.
