FINDINGS:
The lungs are well expanded. There are bilateral diffuse increased
interstitial opacities, with a reticular pattern, more pronounced in the mid
and low lung fields, but no focal opacities. Cardiac size is top normal.
Cardiomediastinal and hilar contours are otherwise unremarkable. There is no
 pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Findings compatible with interstitial pulmonary edema. No
 evidence of pneumonia.
