FINDINGS:
Again seen are opacities overlying the anterior heart, best seen on the
lateral view, which are not significantly changed. This likely corresponds to
the area of peribronchial infiltration seen in the right medial lobe in the
frontal radiograph. The cardiomediastinal and hilar contours are within normal
limits. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Persistent opacity and peribronchial infiltration in the right middle lobe,
which can be seen with severe bronchitis, bronchiectasis, less likely
 pneumonia.
