FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest demonstrate low lung volumes and left
 base atelectasis.  Chronic left apical scarring again seen.  There is no focal
 consolidation.  No pleural effusion.  Cardiac silhouette is mildly enlarged. 
 Aortic arch calcifications are noted.  Hilar and mediastinal silhouettes are
 otherwise unremarkable.  There is no pulmonary edema.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly.
