FINDINGS:
The cardiac silhouette is moderately enlarged.  There is central pulmonary
 vascular engorgement with indistinct margins as well as increased peripheral
 reticulations and increased perihilar and bibasilar opacities compatible with
 moderate pulmonary edema.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
Moderate cardiomegaly with moderate pulmonary edema.  Concurrent infection
 cannot be excluded given the clinical circumstance.
