FINDINGS:
AP portable supine view of the chest.
 
 Midline sternotomy wires and left chest wall pacer device is noted with pacer
 lead extending into the region the right ventricle.  The heart is mildly
 enlarged.  The aorta is calcified and unfolded.  There is hilar congestion and
 mild to moderate interstitial edema.  No supine evidence for effusion or
 pneumothorax.  No definite fracture is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Mild cardiomegaly with hilar congestion and mild to moderate pulmonary edema.
