FINDINGS:
Streaky bibasilar opacities likely represent atelectasis.  No other focal
 consolidation.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  No pulmonary
 edema.  Cardiomediastinal contours are unchanged.  Heart size is top-normal. 
 Calcifications are noted along the aortic arch.  No subdiaphragmatic free air.
 No acute osseous abnormalities identified.

IMPRESSION:
Bibasilar atelectasis, otherwise unremarkable.
