FINDINGS:
Endotracheal tube tip terminates approximately 4.6 cm from the carina. Left
internal jugular central venous catheter tip terminates at the confluence of
the brachiocephalic veins. An enteric tube side port is noted within the
stomach, with tip projecting off the inferior borders of the film. Lung
volumes are low. Heart size is mildly enlarged. Mediastinal contour is
unremarkable. Crowding of the bronchovascular structures is noted, with
probable mild pulmonary vascular congestion. Minimal atelectasis is noted in
the lung bases without focal consolidation. No pleural effusion or
pneumothorax is identified. No displaced fractures are visualized.

IMPRESSION:
Standard positioning of endotracheal and enteric tubes. Left internal jugular
central venous catheter tip terminates at the confluence of the
brachiocephalic veins. Low lung volumes with mild pulmonary vascular
 congestion and bibasilar atelectasis.
