FINDINGS:
The lungs are clear without focal consolidation.  No pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and mediastinal silhouettes are
 unremarkable.  Subtle leftward indentation on the trachea above the level of
 the clavicle could be due to enlarged right lobe of the thyroid.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.Subtle leftward indentation on the trachea
 above the level of the clavicle could be due to enlarged right lobe of the
 thyroid or other mediastinal lesion.  Nonurgent ultrasound or chest CT could
 further assess.
