FINDINGS:
The tip of the endotracheal tube is at the clavicular level,
 approximately 7.7 cm above the carina.  Nasogastric tube extends to the upper
 stomach with the side hole distal to the esophagogastric junction.
 
 The patient has taken a somewhat better inspiration and there is no evidence
 of cardiomegaly or pulmonary edema on this study.  Moderate atelectatic
 changes are seen at the left base.
