IMPRESSION:
In comparison with the study of , there has been some advancement of
 the nasogastric tube so that the side port lies at least at the level of the
 midportion of the body of the stomach.  To assess the position of the tip, an
 abdominal radiograph could be obtained.
 Other monitoring and support devices are unchanged.  There is mild obscuration
 of the left hemidiaphragm with suggestion of haziness at the base, raising the
 possibility of small pleural effusion with associated compressive atelectasis.
