                                 FINAL REPORT
 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  New line, patient with stroke, diabetes, and respiratory
 distress.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study performed 10 hours earlier.  Right IJ
 catheter tip is in the proximal SVC.  There is no pneumothorax.  NG tube tip
 is at the fundus of the stomach, is coiled in the stomach.
 
 There is a new collapse in the right lower lobe.  There is a new large
 atelectasis in the right upper lobe.  There are no large pleural effusions. 
 Vascular congestion has minimally improved.  Left lower lobe atelectasis has
 improved.  Cardiomediastinum is probably unchanged.  The right cardiac border
 is partially obscured by the lung abnormalities.
 There is also atelectasis in the right middle lobe.
