FINDINGS:

 There is again seen a right-sided central venous catheter whose distal lead
 tip is poorly seen but is at least to the level of the mid SVC.  Cardiac
 silhouette is within normal limits.  There are calcifications in thoracic
 aorta. There is minimal atelectasis at the lung bases.  There are no signs for
 pulmonary edema or focal consolidation.
