FINDINGS:
The lung volumes are low, which results in crowding of the
 bronchovascular structures.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. 
 There is prominence of the central vasculature without evidence for overt
 pulmonary edema.  The mediastinal and hilar contours are unchanged, with a
 tortuous thoracic aorta.  The heart size is mildly enlarged.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
