FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.
 
 Compared to prior, the lung volumes are low.  Mild increased opacity in the
 left lower lobe is thought to be due to atelectasis. There is no effusion, or
 pneumothorax. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal.  Imaged osseous
 structures are notable for multi-level upper thoracic laminectomies.   No free
 air below the diaphragm is seen.  Metallic clips are seen overlying the soft
 tissues of the lower face or neck.

IMPRESSION:
No acute cardiopulmonary process.
