FINDINGS:
There is a new consolidative right upper lobe opacity containing
 air bronchograms, abutting the superior margin of the major fissure,
 compatible with infection.  The remainder of the lungs are otherwise clear. 
 The cardiac and mediastinal contours are normal.  There are no pleural
 effusions.  No pneumothorax is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Right upper lobe pneumonia.  Followup radiographs after treatment
 with antibiotics is recommended to ensure resolution.
