IMPRESSION:
As compared to the previous radiograph, no relevant change is seen. The
 monitoring and support devices are constant. Constant appearance of the
 cardiac silhouette. Constant appearance of the known bilateral apical nodular
 calcifications.  No evidence of pneumonia.  Minimal fluid overload but no
 overt pulmonary edema.  No pleural effusions.  The mild distension of the left
 pulmonary artery is constant.
