FINDINGS:
AP upright and lateral views of the chest provided.
 
 There is subtle asymmetric opacity in the left mid lung best seen on the
 frontal projection which is new from prior exam and concerning for pneumonia. 
 The cardiomediastinal silhouette is normal. Imaged osseous structures are
 intact.  No free air below the right hemidiaphragm is seen.

IMPRESSION:
Vague opacity in the left mid lung is concerning for pneumonia. Followup to
 resolution is advised.
