FINDINGS:
Right-sided Port-A-Cath terminates at the cavoatrial junction.  There is mild
 elevation of the right hemidiaphragm.  The lungs are clear without focal
 consolidation.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. The cardiac and
 mediastinal silhouettes are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Mild elevation of the right hemidiaphragm.  No focal consolidation to suggest
 pneumonia.
