FINDINGS:
As compared to the previous radiograph, the Dobbhoff tube was
 pulled back.  The course of the tube is now unremarkable.  The tip of the tube
 projects over the middle parts of the stomach.  There is no evidence of
 complications, notably no pneumothorax.
 
 In the interval, the pre-existing PICC line malpositioned in the right
 axillary vein is still unchanged  The signs indicative of fluid overload have
 minimally decreased, no newly appeared focal parenchymal opacities.
