FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest demonstrate stable
appearance of calcified pleural thickening and parenchymal scarring within the
right basilar hemithorax with volume loss and adjacent old rib fractures.
There is no focal consolidation, pleural effusion, or pneumothorax. The
cardiac silhouette remains enlarged, though stable in size. Atrial and
biventricular leads are stable in position from a left chest pacemaker.

IMPRESSION:
No acute chest pathology.
