FINDINGS:
Moderate cardiomegaly is re- demonstrated.  The aortic knob is calcified.  The
 hila are enlarged bilaterally compatible with history of pulmonary arterial
 hypertension.  There is mild pulmonary edema, new in the interval, with small
 bilateral pleural effusions.  Bibasilar patchy opacities likely reflect
 atelectasis.  No pneumothorax is detected.  There are no acute osseous
 abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Mild pulmonary edema and small bilateral pleural effusions with bibasilar
 atelectasis.
