FINDINGS:
New left lung base opacity is suspicious for pneumonia.  Small region of
 peribronchial opacification in the infrahilar right lung may be a second focus
 of infection.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. 
 Cardiomediastinal and hilar silhouettes are normal size.

IMPRESSION:
Probable pneumonia.
 
 RECOMMENDATION(S):   Follow up chest radiograph 6 weeks after completion of
 treatment for pneumonia.
