 SINGLE FRONTAL VIEW OF THE CHEST
 
 REASON FOR EXAM:  Status post MVR and CABG, follow up pleural effusion.
 
 Comparison is made with prior study, .
 
 Moderate cardiomegaly is stable.  Large bilateral pleural effusions, larger on
 the left side, associated with bibasilar atelectasis are grossly unchanged. 
 There is no pneumothorax.  Right subclavian catheter tip is at the cavoatrial
 junction.
