FINDINGS:
Right chest wall dual lead central venous catheter is again seen with tip in
 the right atrium.  Low lung volumes are noted with bibasilar atelectasis. 
 There is no focal consolidation worrisome for pneumonia nor effusion.  The
 cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits.  No acute osseous
 abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
Low lung volumes without acute cardiopulmonary process.
