FINDINGS:
A right subclavian catheter tip terminates in the mid SVC unchanged since the
 prior exam.  There is no focal consolidation, pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  Again seen is enlargement of the pulmonary arteries bilaterally
 but unchanged since the previous exam.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is
 state.  The imaged upper abdomen is unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
Unchanged enlargement of the pulmonary arteries bilaterally consistent with
 pulmonary hypertension.  No acute cardiopulmonary process.
