FINDINGS:
The cardiac, mediastinal and hilar contours appear stable including mild
 cardiomegaly.  The aorta is again tortuous.  Streaky opacities in the lingula
 appear unchanged and most consistent with chronic scarring.  Otherwise, the
 lungs remain clear.  There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
