FINDINGS:
Frontal and lateral views of the chest were obtained. There are
increased interstitial markings bilaterally, suggesting mild interstitial
edema. There is blunting of the bilateral costophrenic angle, suggesting
trace bilateral pleural effusions. The cardiac silhouette is mildly enlarged.
No focal consolidation is seen. The mediastinal and hilar contours are
 stable.

IMPRESSION:
Minimal interstitial edema and trace bilateral pleural effusions
 along with mild cardiomegaly.
