FINDINGS:
The lungs are mildly hyperexpanded with widening of the AP diameter, similar
to the prior, consistent with known diagnosis of COPD. There are no focal
airspace opacities to suggest pneumonia. There is mild scarring or
atelectasis at the right base. The cardiomediastinal silhouette, hilar
contours, and pleural surfaces and are stable. The aorta is calcified and
tortuous. There is no large pleural effusion or pneumothorax.

IMPRESSION:
No evidence of acute intrathoracic process.
