FINDINGS:
When compared to prior, there are persistent but potentially slightly less
conspicuous bilateral increased interstitial markings throughout the lungs.
There is no new consolidation or effusion. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is
enlarged but stable. No acute osseous abnormalities identified, compression
deformities in the thoracic spine were better seen on prior exam. Old mid left
 clavicular fracture is again noted.

IMPRESSION:
Perhaps mild interval improvement in the appearance of the increased
interstitial markings throughout the lungs which persist. No new
 consolidation.
