FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest were provided.  As seen on
 multiple prior exams, there is generalized chronic interstitial fibrosis
 manifested by coarsened interstitial markings which is compatible with
 provided clinical history of ILD.  There is no superimposed consolidation to
 suggest pneumonia.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax.  The
 cardiomediastinal silhouette is stable.  No free air below the right
 hemidiaphragm.  An old left mid shaft clavicle deformity is again noted.  No
 acute bony abnormalities.

IMPRESSION:
No superimposed pneumonia in this patient with known ILD.
