FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest are compared to previous exam
 from .  There is mild pulmonary vascular congestion without
 evidence of frank pulmonary edema.  There is no pleural effusion or
 pneumothorax.  Cardiomegaly has significantly increased when compared to
 previous exam.  Osseous and soft tissue structures are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:
New cardiomegaly compared to previous exam from .  Mild
 pulmonary vascular congestion without frank pulmonary edema.
