FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Midline sternotomy wires and
 prosthetic cardiac valve again noted. There are bilateral pleural effusions
 again seen, small in volume with basilar atelectasis. No evidence of edema,
 pneumothorax. Evaluation for pneumonia limited in the lower lungs though mid
 upper lungs appear well aerated. The heart size is stable and mildly enlarged.
 The bony structures are intact. No free air below the right hemidiaphragm.

IMPRESSION:
Stable mild cardiomegaly with small bilateral pleural effusions and basilar
 atelectasis, cannot exclude pneumonia.
