FINDINGS:
The lungs are well expanded. An ill-defined nodular opacity projecting over
 the periphery of the lingula is noted, not seen clearly on the lateral view.
 Right lung is clear.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette, hilar contours and
 pleural surfaces are normal.  No pleural effusions or pneumothorax is present.

IMPRESSION:
Ill-defined opacity projecting over the periphery of the lingula is concerning
 for pneumonia.
