FINDINGS:
AP semi-upright and lateral views of the chest are obtained.  There
 are moderate bilateral pleural effusions with overlying atelectasis,
 underlying consolidation not excluded.  There is mild pulmonary vascular
 congestion.  The patient is rotated to the right.  The cardiac and mediastinal
 silhouettes are stable with the cardiac silhouette remaining enlarged.  No
 pneumothorax is seen.  The patient's chin partially obscures the left lung
 apex.

IMPRESSION:
Bilateral pleural effusions with overlying atelectasis,
 underlying consolidation not excluded.
