FINDINGS:
PA and lateral views of the chest provided.   Port-A-Cath resides over the
 right chest wall with catheter tip extending into the right atrium.  There is
 increased opacity in the left lower lung which is concerning for pneumonia. 
 Right basal opacity is more compatible with atelectasis.  No large effusion or
 pneumothorax.  The cardiomediastinal silhouette is unchanged.  Clips project
 over the upper abdomen.

IMPRESSION:
Left lower lobe consolidation is concerning for pneumonia.
