Compared to prior chest radiographs since , most recently .
 
 Chronic hyperinflation reflects emphysema.  Pleural parenchymal opacities at
 the right lung apex were investigated with chest CT on , and
 attributed to stable scarring.  The appearance is unchanged today compared to
 .  That CT also showed evidence of likely endobronchial mycobacterial
 infection.  If symptoms persist, CT scanning would be helpful in assessing the
 status of that condition and other subtle findings.
 
 Heart is normal size.  There is no pleural abnormality or evidence of central
 lymph node enlargement.
