                                 FINAL REPORT
 REASON FOR EXAMINATION:  Evaluation of the patient after radical thymectomy
 and neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.
 
 AP radiograph of the chest was reviewed in comparison to .
 
 Right Port-A-Cath catheter tip is at the level of low SVC.  Heart size and
 mediastinum are unremarkable.  Interstitial opacities in the right lower lobe
 most likely reflect atelectasis.  Bilateral pleural effusions, right more than
 left, are noted.  Distended stomach is noted.  There is also atelectasis above
 the diaphragm.  No definitive evidence of free air below the diaphragm seen. 
 No pneumothorax is seen.
